Create an "easy" method for creating and keeping recipes up to date

If there was an easy way for our frontend team to build premade templates for deployment that people could use, we could provide some much more compelling starter sites that go beyond pre-installing some plugins all the way to having a fully preconfigured LMS that just needs some content added. There is a big need for this in the LMS space given how difficult it is to set them up for new users. This could perhaps be as simple as some kind of git deployment system tied into the launch recipes or the ability to spawn environments preconfigured to pull from a Tangible-owned repo (the client could never edit the files outside the media library in that scenario).
