Update: more control over form layout in Beaver Profile Builder 0.0.7

| henry

Beaver Profile Builder 0.0.7 gives you more control over how the Profile Edit Form looks and how its fields are grouped.

What changed

  • Button states. The form’s buttons now have their own styles for hover and other states, so you can match them to the rest of your site.
  • Heading tags. The form title and title fields let you pick the HTML tag they use (H1 to H6, div or p), so the form fits your page’s heading structure.
  • Fieldsets. A title field can wrap the fields that follow it in a fieldset, up to the next title or the end of the form. That groups related fields, such as “Account” and “Social profiles”, both visually and for screen readers.
  • Border and typography settings now use Beaver Builder’s standard border and typography controls, the same ones you see in Beaver Builder’s own modules.
  • Two forms on one page no longer interfere with each other.
